Butter Buds® Non-Dairy 32X

Who doesn’t love butter’s rich taste and creamy character? Now you can deliver that same great taste and texture to butter-lovers who don’t want to eat dairy, with our new ingredient: Butter Buds® Non-Dairy 32X.

This non-dairy version of Butter Buds® 32X offers up the same complete, well-rounded butter flavor with medium-strong salted butter middle notes, but without the dairy allergen.

There’s nothing quite like being able to deliver the rich, creamy flavors of butter and cream in a vegan option, without the risk of exposure to dairy allergens. Like the other members of the 32X family, this non-dairy ingredient holds nothing back in terms of flavor; it just skips the dairy content.
